Welcome to the OSU Center for eDesign Site
Oregon State University is a member of the NSF I/UCRC Center for eDesign. The Center for e-Design is a cooperative research center combining industry needs with academic resources to accelerate product realization by developing and applying intelligent strategies and tools that integrate, leverage, and enable the processes, personnel, and data of design and manufacturing enterprises. The center is committed to resolving these challenges through creative and innovative research. Center activities focus on fundamental research, research test beds, engineering education, and technology transfer.

Projects conducted within the center have the advantage of indirect costs capped at a F & A rate of 10%. The following table lists the different membership rate levels for different levels of project support. Note that the membership rates are for 1 year; however, multiyear projects are possible at multiples of the given rates. Multiyear projects can support a degree program (MS, PhD) to help recruit and retain talented graduate students.
