Sam currently studies how social norms, like gender, drive long-term design trajectories, innovation, and decision making. Their work centers on developing theories, models, and tools that lead to more equitable design outcomes. Previously, Samantha was an R&D engineer designing and developing 2D and 3D color printing technology at HP Inc.
